Does a Reader Plates subscription require an annual commitment?

No annual commitment is required. Our subscriptions run monthly with automatic renewal until canceled. Your credit card will be billed the same amount each month, on or about the same day you subscribed. And subscriptions may be canceled at any time from the "My Account" page on our website.

Do Reader Plates contain approaches for countries outside the U.S.?

Reader Plates includes all of the approach procedures published by the FAA/NACO for the U.S. and its territories, but does not contain any information for other countries.

Can I load Reader Plates on my _____________ e-book reader?

At this time the only electronic book readers we support are the Sony PRS-505, PRS-900, PRS-950, and the Amazon Kindle DX. The books are very specifically formatted for each reader we support and are not compatible with other e-book readers.

The "Install Now" or "Launch Now" buttons on the Downloads page aren't working anymore, how can I fix them?

The Reader Plates Installer relies on Adobe AIR so it can run on both Windows and Mac OS^® X. If any portions of AIR are accidentally deleted, or if you attempt to install and run the Installer under different user accounts the "Install Now", "Launch Now", and "Update Now" buttons may become ineffective. Try downloading and installing Adobe AIR separately from here: http://get.adobe.com/air, then try "Install Now", "Launch Now", or "Update Now" again.
