The easiest way to download and update Reader Plates is by using our "Installer" which is compatible with Windows, and Mac OS X.

While our Installer is the preferred method for updating, it's always good to have a backup plan.  If necessary, Reader Plates can also be downloaded and installed manually by following the step-by-step instructions available on the Downloads pages for each reader.
